A festive take on our beloved mini pavlovas, made with dried cranberries & white chocolate pieces.
These pavlovas are delicate yet slightly chewy, with mouthfuls of meringue punctuated by deliciously tart cranberry.
Inspiration for use:
Create a show stopping but easy to assemble dessert with our pavlova wreath: simply layer the mini pavlovas in a circle on a plate or board, whip up some cream and pipe or spoon in-between and on top of the mini pavlovas to create a more solid circle, then top with fresh berries or seasonal fruits and drizzle with passionfruit syrup or our plum drizzle
Crush up and layer in a glass with whipped cream and sliced strawberries; make a coulis by blitzing up some strawberries with a small amount of sugar and drizzle between the layers
Serve individually and top with our plum drizzle, whipped cream, and seasonal fruit for an easy dessert, or try whipped coconut cream and a chocolate shard for something different
